Elipsys Frames for EVO, Twin Cam and Sportster/Buell (FOR DYNA MONOSHOCK FRAME SEE THE BIKE BUILDS SECTION)

FXR and Dyna riders know the benefits of isolating that huge thumping motor from the frame, for reducing rider fatigue, and easing the vibration stresses on components. Radial.com specialise in hand crafted FXR-based frames and bikes incorporating the design registered Elipsys swingarm cradle for wide rear-ends.

Designed by Robert Alder at Radial and superbly prototyped by John Parry at Cobra Motorcycle Engineering, the frames and swingarms are designed for up to 200 rear tyre with belt for FXR based buids, and up to 300 rear tyres for Dyna and Sportster/Buell based builds. Several compatible swingarms, with standard or Drive-side brake setups, are now available.

- For Evolution or Twin Cam motors and transmission, or Twin Cam motors with Evo transmission.
- TIG welded 1.25" seamless cold drawn tubing
- Approximately 5.5" ground clearance
- Clearance over rear rocker box for stroker motors.
- Forward or mid controls.
- Equally suited to FLT, FXR or Dyna transmission case. (If you install an FXR transmission case we can supply you with an under-tranny oil tank custom made for the frame, complete with oil drainer extension to drain the transmission oil easily and cleanly.
- Special issue components such as battery boxes and fuel tanks are available.

The PACER has a 2”stretched top tube with 37degree rake, that combines the best tradition
of British “featherbed” racing frames with the long low and lean profile favoured by drag racers
and custom builders. Forward or mid controls.

PACER FXR frame (Twin Shocks):
for 180 rear tyre, with chain $2350
for 200 rear tyre with 1.25” belt $2540
PACER DYNA or BUELL/SPORTSTER for up to 300 rear tyre, with 1.25" or 2.00" belt $2620

The FANTOM has 2” stretched top tube, 3” raised headstock, and up to 48 degrees rake
for 20” over front ends. Forward or mid controls.

FANTOM FXR frame (Twin Shocks):

For ‘ELIPSYS’ Monoshock frames for DYNA or BUELL/SPORTSTER with up to 300 tyre, add: $520 to frame price for shock absorber, mounts and linkages, and $180 to swingarm
for mounts and bracing.

All our frames can be engineered with hidden fork stops when used with our billet yoke kits. Any RADIAL ‘ELIPSYS’ frame can be designed to suit your choice of wheels and front-end.

All our swingarms are available for 0.75" or 1.0" axles, and are fitted with hidden axle ends
and supplied with spindle. For ‘Fang’ detail (x4) add $120.

We can supply and fit all mechanical components for wide-ass conversions, including wheels
with matched pulleys, with complete inboard 10"discs and mini 4-piston calipers.

3-piece billet aluminium wheels, with blind button fasteners (no 'Nyloc's on one side of the rim)

Elipsys Frames for Buell/Sportster

 


Pacer Frame for Buell / Sportster takes up to 180 rear tyre with 1.25" belt

Elipsys Frames for Buell/Sportster are designed to accept a Buell donor motor and running gear. Available for rubber mounted or hard mounted motors, twin shock or monoshock.

Head stock angle will vary depending on the length and type of front forks, and wheel size.
